With more than 50+ dealers, The Paddington Antique Centre on Latrobe Terrace began life in 1929 as The Plaza Theatre. In 1985 it became home to Australia’s biggest and best antique centre, and this year it celebrates its 31st Anniversary.
You can always expect a great variety of quality stock at the Paddington Antique Centre, including English, Australian, French & Asian furniture, collectable costume and estate jewellery, vintage and retro clothing and accessories, lighting, Australian pottery, clocks & watches, photographic equipment, china, glass, silver, linen, buttons, military, rustic European, arts & crafts, art nouveau, art deco as well as a select range of reproduction stock. It is no wonder the Paddington Antique Centre is popular with interior designers, film and set designers and avid collectors.

The Paddington Antique Centre received a Suburban Crime Prevention Grant in 2013-2014. We would like to thank Brisbane City Council for the funds which have assisted in introducing safety measures such as CCTV and enhanced lighting. These measures will help to deter crime and improve the community safety of the Upper Latrobe and Paddington area.
